Sterilization Instructions:

• BEFORE FIRST USE: Wash the adapters in warm soapy water then rinse clean. Submerge in a pot of water and boil for 3-5 minutes. Never place adapters in the microwave or use a steam bag.
• AFTER EACH USE: Wash in warm soapy water then rinse clean.
